These sweet and spicy sweet potato fries taste great and are better for you than regular fries. They're great as a snack or side dish!
Ingredients:
- 2 large sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into fries
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
Instructions:
Warm the oven up to 425F 220C and put parchment paper on a baking sheet
Combine sweet potato fries in a large bowl
Add olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper
Toss the fries until they are well covered
Arrange the fries on the baking sheet in a single layer
Flip the fries over every 25 to 30 minutes while baking until they are golden and crispy
Take it out of the oven and drip some maple syrup over it
Add toss to cover evenly
Enjoy while hot!
