Ingredients:
- 4 cups fresh broccoli florets
- 1 large apple, diced
- 1/2 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup gluten-free mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Fresh broccoli florets, diced apple, chopped red onion, dried cranberries, and chopped pecans should all be put in a large bowl together
Whisk the honey, apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper together in a separate small bowl until everything is well mixed
Spread the salad ingredients out on a plate
Add the dressing and toss until everything is covered
Put the salad in the fridge for at least 30 minutes with the lid on to let the flavors mix
Give the salad one last toss and taste to see if the seasonings need to be changed before serving
You can add more salt and pepper if you want to
