A rich and spicy Mexican drinking chocolate that is sugar-free, gluten-free, vegan, paleo, and low-carb.
Ingredients:
- 4 cups unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup powdered erythritol or sweetener of choice
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper optional
Instructions:
Add the cocoa powder, erythritol, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and cayenne pepper if using to a saucepan and mix them together using a whisk
Stir the mixture often while heating it over medium-low heat until it's hot but not boiling
Enjoy while hot!
