Ingredients:
- 4 large russet potatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
Instructions:
Set the temperature of your smoker to 225F 107C
After giving the potatoes a good wash and scrub, pat them dry with paper towels
Make sure to coat every potato evenly by rubbing it with olive oil
Combine the paprika, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt in a small bowl
Coat each potato completely with the seasoning mixture by scattering it over them
Right onto the smoker grates place the seasoned potatoes
Fork-tender potatoes with a slightly crispy skin should be smoked for 2
5 to 3 hours
After taking the smoked baked potatoes out of the smoker, give them some time to rest
Cut each potato lengthwise, use a fork to fluff the insides, and serve hot
