Ingredients:
- 20g freshly ground coffee beans
- 300ml hot water about 200F or 93C
- Single dripper and filter paper
Instructions:
Place the single dripper on a sturdy coffee stand or mug
Fold the filter paper along the seam and place it in the dripper
Rinse the filter paper with hot water to remove any paper taste and preheat the dripper
Discard the rinse water
Add the freshly ground coffee into the filter paper
Start a timer and pour about 60ml of hot water evenly over the coffee grounds, ensuring all grounds are saturated
Let it bloom for 30 seconds
After the bloom, slowly pour the remaining hot water in a circular motion, maintaining a steady, controlled flow
Keep the water level just above the coffee bed
Total brewing time should be around 2-3 minutes
Once the water has passed through the coffee grounds, remove the dripper from the stand or mug
Enjoy your freshly brewed pour over coffee!
